Our Key Stage 3 Curriculum
Developing independent learning is a key element of the Revised Curriculum. Understanding the preferred learning styles and the strategies needed to improve learning, is fundamental to increasing achievement, and is the focus for Personalised Learning throughout Year 8. There is also the opportunity to take GCSE Irish in Year 10.

Our Key Stage 4 Curriculum
Our Key Stage 4 Curriculum gives pupils a broad and balanced mix of Vocational and Academic subjects for a pupil's chosen pathway. Pupils are continually assessed and set their own targets in their daybooks, in order to ensure their success with the guidance of their Form Teacher and subject teacher.

The majority of our Year 12 pupils return to Sixth Form to continue their studies. We offer a wide range of subjects to pursue both Vocational and Academic pathways. In order to ensure the best possible entitlement, for all our pupils, we have additional subjects taught in our partner schools within the Foyle Learning Community.
